(UCD QA).
I understand my participation in UCD QA is conditional based upon
maintaining satisfactory academic and conduct standing in the University
of California, my application being reviewed and approved by those
responsible for selection and contingent upon space availability of
the program.
I understand that the minimum penalty for withdrawal after the UCD
QA program specific withdrawal date is $250.00, plus any non-recoverable
costs.
