How To Apply


* Please read the following information carefully before submitting an application:

All of the items listed below must be submitted before the application deadline for your application to be considered complete. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

  • Create a Quarter Abroad Account and complete all of the requested information by clicking the red "Submit Application" button on the left side of this page.
  • Sign the Student Judicial Affairs Clearance Form (submitted online)
  • Read the Quarter Abroad Manual (in your online application)
  • Upload a scanned image of your valid passport or passport application receipt from the post office. For more information click here.
  • To secure enrollment, download, complete and submit all the of the items listed on the Enrollment Packet Coversheet (in your online application):
    • $250 non-refundable deposit paid to the UCD Cashier’s office using the UC Davis Quarter Abroad Deposit Payment Form
    • A copy of your unofficial transcript
    • 1 passport photo (2” x 2” color headshot)
    • Complete the Health Screening process and submit the forms indicated
    • Acknowledgement of Pre-Departure Responsibilities Form

**Please note: Incomplete Enrollment Packets will not be accepted or reviewed. Programs are generally filled on a first-completed, first-reserved basis and programs do fill before the application deadline.
