What is UC Davis Quarter Abroad?
The Quarter Abroad (QA) program is an EAC program unique to our campus in that quarter-length classes are taught in an international setting by UC Davis faculty. It gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture, language and society of the host country!
How is it different from other programs?
UC Davis Quarter Abroad programs are approximately one quarter in length (roughly 10 weeks). You will take UC Davis courses, taught by UC Davis faculty, while earning 12-22 quarter units straight out of the UC Davis Course Catalog (no transferring of credits required). You may apply UC Davis Quarter Abroad courses toward your Major, Minor, General Education or foreign language requirements.
