We offer both in-person and virtual appointments to assist students in navigating the many programs offered through the Global Learning Hub.
Make an Appointment
To create an appointment, simply click “Make an Appointment” and log into our portal. Our system will automatically identify your advisor based on your major and last name. You can then select an appointment type and use the calendar to pick a time that works for your schedule.

Our office is open Monday through Friday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. For all appointment types except for UCEAP, we recommend that students schedule an appointment to ensure availability of an advisor.

UCEAP Enrollment Information
UCEAP offers programs of all lengths. You can study at world-renowned universities in English, immerse yourself in another language and academic culture, or take language classes. Learn more about UCEAP. Drop-in advising for UCEAP is offered Monday–Thursday, 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
You may schedule a UCEAP advising appointment only after completing a drop-in session. Students with UCEAP questions can email [email protected].
