Funding Search

Note: Global Learning Hub staff can share basic information about eligibility for funding opportunities and deadlines for applications during drop-in advising and scheduled advising appointments. This funding search tool also includes outside scholarships (awarded to students by external sources and not by university, federal, or state sources). Details and requirements for all funding opportunities change frequently, so students are advised to contact the funding agency directly for more information.

Funding Opportunity Search Process

Researching and applying for funding opportunities takes time and consideration. To prepare for this process, Global Learning Hub staff recommend the following actions:

Do your own research. Take note of funding application deadlines and requirements.
Gather materials that track or highlight your achievements.
Reach out early to professors, employers, and other professionals for potential letters of recommendation.
If the funding application requires an essay or a writing sample, have someone you trust proofread it before you submit it.
