The Art, Culture, History in the Eternal City program offers shared accommodations in a central Rome dormitory, communal meals with select group dinners, excursions including a trip to the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii, and various activities exploring the city’s historical sites, while ensuring students are aware of the unique risks associated with studying abroad.

The Art, Culture, History in the Eternal City program includes pre-departure and on-site orientations, requires participants to arrange their own travel, and mandates a valid passport for entry, with no visa needed for U.S. citizens; non-U.S. citizens must check visa requirements and may receive enrollment verification, while all participants are enrolled in GeoBlue Global Health and UC Traveler Insurance, and LGBTQIA+ travelers are encouraged to research local culture and resources.
